Premium Surface Finishing for OEM Plastic Parts
Premium Surface Finishing for OEM Plastic Parts
Electroplating • Brushed Nickel • Spray Painting • PVD Coating
As a dedicated finishing line under AQUAmate Group, we help OEM and brand customers enhance appearance, durability, and corrosion resistance—from sampling to mass production, with in-house testing to ensure consistent results.
Why Surface Finishing?
ABS plastic is lightweight, moldable, and cost-effective, but by itself it can scratch, fade, or look inconsistent across batches. Surface finishing upgrades ABS parts by improving durability and wear resistance, delivering a premium cosmetic appearance, and helping you achieve consistent color, texture, and feel in production.

About Us
We’re a Hong Kong–based company and part of the AQUAmate Group, with a factory team managed by HK professionals for clear communication and consistent execution. With 20+ years of experience, we focus on plastic plating (especially ABS) and production-ready surface finishing for OEM and brand customers.
Our facility is in Macong Town, Dongguan City—a location chosen to align with local environmental policies and to stay close to Hong Kong for faster coordination and logistics. We’re also one of the few plating factories in this area, equipped with a dedicated water-wash line that many factories do not have—supporting cleaner processing and more stable finishing results.
Integrated finishing, environmental control, and in-house testing—built to keep quality consistent from sampling to mass production.

Testing Lab
In-house testing to verify finish performance and support reliable approval-to-production transfer.
Testing Equipment & Quality Lab
In-house testing verifies coating performance and appearance consistency—from salt spray and thermal cycling to thickness, gloss, color, and microscopic inspection. We also monitor plating bath and process water to keep mass production stable. ISO/TS 16949–aligned quality supports controlled procedures and traceable inspection.
From Incoming Parts to Finished Delivery
HOW WE WORK
1) Incoming Parts & Requirements Review
You send parts (e.g., plastic components) and finish requirements; we confirm specs, samples, and appearance standards.
2) Incoming Inspection
We check part condition, surface readiness, and key dimensions before processing.
3) Surface Preparation & Finishing
Cleaning and controlled finishing (plating / PVD / painting / brushed finishes) based on the approved route.
4) Final Inspection & Verification
Appearance checks and testing as required (e.g., thickness, color, gloss, adhesion, salt spray—per project).
5) Packing & Delivery
Protective packing and shipment back to you with consistent batch control.
Need parts made as well as finished?
We also provide in-house injection molding solutions to support a smoother supply chain from molded parts to final surface finishing.
