Founder’s Story

VISION. INNOVATION. LEGACY.

In the early 1990s, Mr. Hans Lee, a seasoned engineer with a passion for innovation, founded the company that would become AQUAmate Group. Recognizing the opportunity brought by China's economic reforms, he established Brand New Plastic Products Ltd. in Dongguan in 1993, setting the stage for a vertically integrated manufacturing model focused on shower heads, enclosures, and hoses.

Joined by long-time partner Mr. Jason Chan, the duo expanded operations rapidly, building specialized factories for mold tooling, plastic plating, glass, and automated machinery. Their combined expertise in sanitary product development fueled AQUAmate’s rise as a trusted OEM/ODM partner for global brands.

With a strong engineering foundation and over three decades of experience in product development, Mr. Lee leads the company with strategic vision and technical expertise. His hands-on leadership continues to inspire innovation and operational excellence throughout the organization.
