The Product Development Cycle

INTRODUCTION

New Product Development (NPD) is the full journey of bringing a new product to life, from initial idea to market-ready solution. It follows a structured cycle that includes concept development, design, prototyping, testing, validation, and manufacturing. Each stage plays a critical role in reducing risk, improving quality, and ensuring the final product meets both user expectations and production requirements.

At AQUAmate, we support the entire product development cycle under one roof. With in-house engineering, testing, and project management, we help turn early ideas into well-designed, manufacturable products that are ready for launch and built to scale.

From Concept to Completion

Our structured product development cycle is designed to reduce uncertainty, improve speed to market, and deliver high-quality results across a wide range of water-related applications.

Rapid Prototyping

Rapid Prototyping

Once the design is approved, we produce a working prototype to evaluate form, fit, and function. This stage allows for hands-on feedback and quick refinements before entering tooling and production planning.
