On May 20, 2026, AQUAmate, a trusted global OEM/ODM partner for premium sanitaryware, celebrated its 35rd anniversary. To mark this significant milestone, we bypassed a formal, rigid corporate ceremony. Instead, we created a warm, welcoming space for an intimate dinner with hundreds of our colleagues.
Thirty-five years of shared history deserved a day dedicated to genuine joy, shared memories, and pure connection.
Shedding the Uniforms: The Warmth of a Real Family
As twilight arrived and the familiar hum of the production lines faded, the hall lit up with warm, ambient lights. Our colleagues—who are normally meticulous and intensely focused on the assembly lines and QC stations—changed out of their uniforms, walking into the hall in high spirits, laughing and chatting.
Long tables were set up in a continuous line, bringing our close-knit team of hundreds together. As the hot, flavorful dishes were served, the crisp sound of clinking glasses officially opened our celebration.
In this space, there was no corporate red tape or rehearsed speeches. Instead, the room was filled with beautiful, unscripted moments:
A master craftsman with twenty years of experience, who has hand-calibrated countless mold iterations, was laughing and clinking glasses with a talented young specialist who joined just six months ago.
An R&D engineer and a QC supervisor, who might have passionately debated a technical tolerance on the factory floor earlier that day, were now wrapping arms around each other's shoulders, sharing a warm toast.
Everyone let their guard down, catching up on family life and sharing jokes, filling the hall with the deep, reassuring warmth of a family gathering.
