Production Process

Wilyes is machined from solid brass and finished in a multi-layer oil-rubbed bronze coating. Ball finials are hand-turned and attached by threaded locking pins. The wall mounts are CNC-milled with stepped tiers and concealed flange plates. Each unit undergoes finish curing, strength testing, and quality inspection before packaging.
