Manufacturing Process
The Weathered system is built using solid forged brass, shaped into a curved riser pipe and bell-style showerhead. All parts are treated with PVD antique copper or bronze finish for long-lasting patina effect. The riser is made as a one-piece unit with threaded joints, and the showerhead is fitted with vintage-style nozzles. Each set undergoes pressure testing, finish aging simulation, and valve torque calibration.
