Manufacturing Process

The Rosy system is built from rectangular-profiled brass or 304 stainless steel, CNC-bent and multi-layer chrome plated for corrosion resistance and high-gloss finish. Showerheads are crafted from ABS or stainless steel, equipped with TPR nozzles to prevent limescale. Each unit undergoes precision welding, flow calibration, and aesthetic quality control.
