Manufacturing Process
The Roma system is precision-crafted using solid brass risers and cast zinc-alloy fittings, finished with multi-layer electroplating to achieve its rich, vintage aesthetic. The bell-shaped showerhead is deep-formed and polished, then fitted with even-flow silicone jets. The cross-handle valve body undergoes mechanical cycle testing, pressure endurance checks, and humidity chamber simulations to ensure it performs as elegantly as it looks.
