Manufacturing Process
The Radiant model features a concealed brass plumbing body with wall-mounted mounting arms and flush-mounted faceplates. The overhead showerhead is injection-molded with anti-clog silicone nozzles, while the mixer valve is cast from solid brass and finished in electroplated or PVD coatings. The system undergoes leak pressure testing, temperature cycling, and valve torque calibration to ensure smooth and reliable operation in luxury residential or hospitality environments.
