Manufacturing Process
The Puffy system is crafted from brass or 304 stainless steel, forged and bent into a curved structure and chrome-plated for a polished finish. The overhead and handheld showerheads are injection-molded ABS or metal, with TPR or silicone nozzles. All units undergo corrosion resistance testing, flow rate calibration, and aesthetic inspection.
