Manufacturing Process
The Oslo Series is built around a slim-profile solid brass riser, precision-formed and surface-treated with multi-layer electroplating or PVD coating. The adjustable cradle holder is injection-molded and tested for tensile flexibility and rotational durability. All components undergo spray uniformity checks, bracket shear testing, and corrosion resistance validation to ensure long-lasting, low-maintenance performance in everyday use.
