Manufacturing Process
The okyo system is crafted with an emphasis on mechanical precision and aesthetic boldness. The riser and brackets are formed from solid brass tubing, polished and plated using multi-layer electroplating. The starburst showerhead is manufactured through CNC radial stamping, fitted with anti-scale silicone nozzles, and the valve unit is cast and pressure-tested to ensure durability and flow consistency. Each unit undergoes aesthetic QA inspection, spray angle calibration, and thermal cycling trials.
