Production Steps

  • Melt green PP and TPE pellets at 220 °C in separate hoppers

  • Inject molten plastic into a two-part steel frog mold (high-pressure injection molding)

  • Cool the mold with water for 25 seconds until plastic hardens

  • Open mold and eject the frog piece automatically

  • Robot arm cuts off excess plastic (flash) around edges

  • Pad-print the eyes, mouth, and small details with safe ink

  • Workers manually stretch the ring 100 times and test water flow

  • 100 % visual check + drop test

  • Pack into plastic bag (usually 1 or 2 pieces) and box
