Manufacturing Process
The Lustrous system is formed from forged brass or 304 stainless steel, bent and curved into a refined vertical arm, then chrome-plated using a multi-layer finishing process. Showerheads are made of ABS or stainless steel, fitted with TPR nozzles. Each unit is pressure-tested, finish-inspected, and assembled for durability and aesthetic precision.
