Manufacturing Process
The Leonora system is manufactured using brass or 304 stainless steel tubing, then forged, bent, and chrome-plated to achieve its signature arched shape. Showerheads are made from stainless steel or chrome ABS, with TPR rubber nozzles to resist clogging. Each unit undergoes pressure testing, plating adhesion checks, and durability verification.
