Manufacturing Process
The Lcberg panel is crafted using injection-molded ABS or aluminum composite, then shaped into a curved hourglass form. The surface is overlaid with tempered glass or acrylic and printed with a heat-transferred gold floral pattern. Finished with an anti-smudge coating, each unit undergoes pressure testing, pattern durability checks, and component alignment validation.
