Manufacturing Process
The Imerance is manufactured using automated injection molding and precision assembly. The decorative front panel is finished with vacuum-applied film, while the side frames are wrapped in textured wood-style laminate. Each product undergoes leak-proof testing, pressure validation, and visual inspection to ensure quality and performance.
