Manufacturing Process

Each HydroPure Core is manufactured with eco-safe injection molding and assembled in a cleanroom setting. Media are measured and filled automatically under GMP-compliant conditions. Every cartridge undergoes ultrasonic sealing, chlorine-removal validation, thermal pressure testing, and flow-rate optimization before final QC review and packaging.
