Manufacturing Process
The Glossy system is made from precision-cast brass or stainless steel tubing, chrome-plated using vacuum electroplating for long-term durability. Showerheads are molded from ABS plastic, with TPR rubber nozzles injection-fused to resist limescale. All components undergo pressure testing, salt spray corrosion tests, and durability cycling to ensure function and longevity.
