Manufacturing Process

The Gaudy system uses forged brass or 304 stainless steel for both the vertical riser and the curved overhead tubing, shaped into round or rectangular profiles. All visible surfaces are mirror-polished and chrome-plated. The showerheads are constructed from ABS plastic or stainless steel with TPR nozzles. Each unit undergoes weld testing, chrome adhesion quality checks, and dimensional accuracy inspection.
