Manufacturing Process
The Buxom system is built using precision-forged brass or stainless steel, then chrome-plated or matte-coated. The showerhead and handheld sprayer are injection-molded ABS, with TPR or silicone nozzles for anti-limescale performance. The unit is tested for pressure durability, spray consistency, and finish adhesion under high humidity.
