Production Steps

1. Material fabrication: Stainless steel tubing is cut and bent into a gooseneck shape using CNC and hydraulic forming machines.

2. Surface coating: A matte black PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) finish is applied for durability and fingerprint resistance.

3. Display & control module installation:

   • Install the temperature sensor and LED screen into the faucet base.

   • Wire and test the digital display to ensure accurate temperature readings.

4. Handle LED integration: A green LED strip is embedded inside the lever handle and programmed to reflect water temperature or system status.

5. Sprayer assembly:

   • Attach pull-down spray head with dual-mode button controls.

   • Connect flexible hose and counterweight for smooth retraction.

6. Testing:

   • Electronic: Verify LED temperature accuracy and button functionality.

   • Hydraulic: Conduct pressure, leak, and flow tests.

7. Final assembly: Secure all components and perform a full operational test.

8. Packaging: Include faucet, mounting hardware, hoses, installation manual, and protective foam inserts in a retail-ready box.
