Injection Molding — Precision tooling produces the outer shell, inner tray, hinge components, and lid with consistent wall thickness, sharp edges, and smooth surfaces ready for finishing.
Surface Preparation — Parts are thoroughly cleaned, deburred, and primed to ensure optimal paint adhesion, especially on curved surfaces and accent areas.
Spray Painting — Applied on a fully automated spray-coating line inside a controlled clean environment. Multi-stage process includes:
Primer application for adhesion and surface leveling
High-gloss black base color coat applied to the outer shell with robotic spray guns for uniform coverage and deep color saturation
Rose gold metallic color coat applied to the inner tray and accent rings for refined metallic effect
