Surface Preparation — Parts are thoroughly cleaned, deburr ed, and primed to ensure optimal paint adhesion on curved surfaces and hinge areas.

Spray Painting — Applied on a fully automated spray-coating line inside a controlled clean environment. Multi-stage process includes:

  • Primer application for adhesion and surface leveling

  • Soft rose gold color coat applied with robotic spray guns for uniform coverage
