Materials
Main Housing & Base
High-impact ABS or PC/ABS engineering plastic — durable, lightweight, and dimensionally stable
Camera Module Bezel
ABS with high-gloss black finish (or optional spray-painted alternatives)
Surface Finish
Professional multi-layer spray painting system:
Soft matte white base coat + protective clear / soft-touch topcoat
Options: matte, soft-touch, satin, or custom smart-home colors
Custom Pantone / sample matching available
Key Advantages
Uniform Soft Matte Spray Painting — Fully automated spray line produces a smooth, even matte white finish with excellent color consistency and soft tactile feel across spherical and curved surfaces.
Durable Protective Coating — Multi-coat system improves scratch resistance, fingerprint resistance, and long-term color stability suitable for continuous indoor use.
Clean Modern Aesthetic — Soft matte white body paired with high-gloss black camera module creates a refined, minimalist smart-home look.
OEM Electronics Ready — Color, gloss level, texture, and surface finish can be fully matched to brand design specifications.
Clean & Consistent Finish — Controlled clean-room spraying delivers defect-free surfaces free of orange peel, dust, or uneven texture.

Manufacturing Process (Focus: Spray Painting)
Injection Molding — Precision tooling produces the spherical upper housing, base, and camera bezel with consistent wall thickness, smooth curves, and accurate openings ready for finishing.
Surface Preparation — Parts are thoroughly cleaned, deburred, and primed to ensure optimal paint adhesion, especially on spherical surfaces and edge transitions.
Spray Painting — Applied on a fully automated spray-coating line inside a controlled clean environment. Multi-stage process includes:
Primer application for adhesion and surface leveling
Soft matte white base color coat applied with robotic spray guns for uniform coverage across spherical and curved surfaces
Protective clear or soft-touch topcoat to achieve the desired matte texture, durability, and fingerprint resistance
Controlled baking / curing cycle to achieve full hardness, adhesion, and long-term color stability
Black Module Finishing — Camera bezel is finished in high-gloss black (spray-painted or molded-in color) for clean contrast.
Quality Inspection — Visual and instrumental checks for color consistency, matte texture uniformity, surface defects, adhesion strength, and coating thickness. Fitment testing of lens and base after finishing.
Final Assembly & Packaging — Internal camera module and motor assembled, final visual inspection performed, and products packed according to customer specifications (bulk, retail, or private-label ready).
All paint systems, soft matte formulations, and dual-tone combinations are available for OEM customization. Lead times and MOQs can be adjusted for sampling through mass production.
