Materials
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene): Lightweight, impact-resistant, dimensionally stable, and fully compatible with decorative electroplating surface treatment — the standard substrate for premium decorative hardware and consumer electronics exterior components
Single-piece injection-moulded construction: outer frame, square grid mesh panel, and integrated base in one component — no secondary assembly or adhesive bonding required
Sculptured domed frame cross-section with deep radiused corners on all four edges
Integrated rubber or ABS foot pads on the underside at each corner for stable, scratch-free surface placement
Surface Finish — Brushed Nickel Electroplating
Multi-layer electroplating: copper base coat for surface levelling + semi-bright nickel for corrosion resistance + bright nickel for reflectivity + satin nickel top coat
Brushed nickel finish: directional linear brush texture applied uniformly across all exterior faces prior to final sealing — producing a consistent warm satin metallic sheen
Resistant to UV exposure, humidity, and daily contact wear under normal indoor use conditions
Key Advantages
Full-Face Square Grid Mesh — Fine 4 x 4 mm square grid mesh panel set flush within the outer frame delivers a refined geometric surface texture with high visual complexity, while the open mesh structure provides practical drainage and ventilation for soap dishes, sponge holders, and wet-area vanity applications.
Sculptured Domed Frame Profile — The gently domed outer frame cross-section with deep radiused corners gives the tray a three-dimensional, tactilely premium quality — reading as a substantial, designed object rather than a flat pressed tray when viewed from any angle.
Single-Piece Construction — Outer frame, mesh panel, and base are injection-moulded as one integrated component, eliminating frame-to-mesh join lines, adhesive bonds, or assembly gaps visible on the finished surface.
Unified Brushed Nickel Finish — Full-body electroplating across frame face, domed edges, mesh panel surface, and base perimeter delivers a visually continuous warm satin metallic appearance with no finish variation between the frame and mesh zones.
Versatile Surface Use — Equally suited to bathroom vanity soap and accessory organisation, bedroom jewellery and watch display, desktop stationery and device tray, kitchen countertop condiment presentation, and hospitality room amenity display.
Full OEM Customization — Overall size, mesh cell pattern and size, frame width and profile, corner radius, foot pad type, and surface finish can all be specified for OEM home goods, hospitality, and lifestyle accessory supply projects.

Manufacturing Process
Injection Molding — High-precision tooling produces the outer frame and square grid mesh panel as a single integrated component, with consistent mesh cell wall thickness, smooth frame surface geometry, accurate corner radii, and correctly positioned foot pad recesses throughout.
Surface Preparation — Moulded ABS parts undergo chemical etching and activation treatment to ensure strong, uniform electroplating adhesion across both the flat frame face and the fine square mesh cell wall surfaces.
Multi-Layer Electroplating — Parts pass through a controlled plating line with extended immersion for complete mesh coverage: copper base layer for cell wall levelling, semi-bright nickel for corrosion resistance, bright nickel for reflectivity, followed by a satin nickel top coat.
Brushed Finishing — Directional linear brush texture is applied uniformly across the outer frame face and visible mesh panel surface prior to final sealing, producing a consistent satin grain direction across all plated surfaces.
Foot Pad Assembly — Rubber or soft ABS foot pads are fitted to the underside corner recesses post-plating for stable, scratch-free surface placement.
Dimensional & Appearance Inspection — Every batch undergoes dimensional verification of overall size, frame width, mesh cell regularity, and corner radius, plus visual inspection of brush texture consistency and plating coverage completeness across the mesh face before shipment.
