Manufacturing Process (Focus: PVD Coating)
Injection Molding — Precision tooling produces the circular faceplate with consistent wall thickness, accurate nozzle holes, and smooth surfaces ready for coating.
Surface Preparation — Parts are thoroughly cleaned, deburred, and pre-treated to ensure optimal adhesion for the PVD layer.
PVD Coating — Applied in a vacuum deposition chamber. Multi-stage process includes:
Surface activation and cleaning under vacuum
Deposition of thin metallic layers to create the champagne gold color
Precise control of coating thickness for uniform color, hardness, and adhesion
Optional protective top layer for enhanced durability and water-spot resistance
Nozzle Integration — Black silicone anti-clog nozzles are precisely inserted into the faceplate after coating.
Quality Inspection — Visual and instrumental checks for color consistency, coating thickness, adhesion strength, hardness, and surface defects. Functional testing of nozzles after assembly.
Final Assembly & Packaging — Faceplate prepared for full showerhead assembly, final visual inspection performed, and parts packed according to customer specifications (bulk or private-label ready).
