Manufacturing Process (Focus: ABS + PVD)

Injection Molding — Precision tooling produces the case body with consistent wall thickness, accurate dimensions, and smooth surfaces ready for coating.

Surface Preparation — Parts are thoroughly cleaned, deburred, and pre-treated to ensure optimal adhesion for the PVD layer.

PVD Coating — Applied in a vacuum deposition chamber. Multi-stage process includes:
