Materials
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene): Lightweight, dimensionally stable, heat-resistant, and compatible with electroplating surface treatment — the standard substrate for consumer appliance decorative trim components
Integrated five-spoke radial internal structure moulded as a single piece with the outer ring, providing structural support to the appliance front panel opening without requiring separate fasteners or secondary assembly steps
Central hub feature for alignment and optional central component mounting
Perimeter snap-fit or screw-mount tabs moulded into the outer ring for direct integration into the appliance housing
Surface Finish
Multi-layer electroplating: copper base coat + nickel mid layer + chrome top coat
Polished mirror chrome finish (光铬色): high-gloss, reflective surface with no visible texture
Suitable for indoor consumer appliance use — resistant to humidity, cleaning agents, and everyday handling contact
Note: All dimensions, spoke count, hub configuration, tab layout, and finish type are fully customizable for OEM appliance supply orders.
Key Advantages
Premium Mirror Chrome Finish — Full-body polished chrome electroplating across the outer ring, spokes, hub, and mounting tabs delivers a unified, high-gloss metallic appearance that significantly enhances the perceived quality and shelf appeal of consumer beauty appliances.
Integrated One-Piece Structure — Outer decorative ring, five-spoke internal support, central hub, and perimeter mounting tabs are injection-moulded as a single component, eliminating secondary assembly steps and reducing per-unit assembly time and cost.
Structural & Decorative Dual Function — The five-spoke radial structure simultaneously provides rigidity to the appliance front panel opening and serves as the primary decorative visual element of the device face, combining two functions in one component.
Lightweight ABS Substrate — Minimal weight addition to the host appliance, with no compromise on dimensional stability or electroplating adhesion performance.
Appliance-Grade Durability — Multi-layer chrome plating engineered to maintain appearance under regular indoor use conditions including humidity, steam exposure, and surface cleaning.
Full OEM Customization — Outer diameter, frame width, spoke count and geometry, hub design, tab count and position, and finish type can all be specified to match exact appliance housing design requirements.

Manufacturing Process
Injection Molding — High-precision tooling produces consistent round ring geometry with integrated spoke, hub, and tab features in a single moulding operation, ensuring tight dimensional tolerances and uniform wall thickness throughout the component.
Surface Preparation — Moulded ABS parts undergo chemical etching and activation treatment to ensure strong, uniform adhesion between the plastic substrate and all electroplated metal layers, including across the spoke and hub surfaces.
Multi-Layer Electroplating — Parts pass through a controlled plating line: copper base layer for surface levelling and adhesion, semi-bright nickel for corrosion resistance, bright nickel for reflectivity, followed by a decorative mirror chrome top coat for maximum surface gloss and hardness.
Surface Polishing — Pre-plate surface polishing ensures the ABS substrate is free of sink marks, weld lines, and flow marks before plating, delivering a flawless mirror finish on all visible chrome surfaces.
Dimensional & Appearance Inspection — Every batch undergoes dimensional verification, surface adhesion testing, and visual appearance inspection against consumer appliance component appearance standards before shipment.
Flexible Production Lines — Supports standard catalogue components and fully custom OEM specifications, from prototype sampling through high-volume mass production with consistent part-to-part quality.
