Manufacturing Process (Focus: Spray Painting)
Injection Molding — Precision tooling produces the main body with consistent wall thickness, accurate contours, and smooth surfaces ready for finishing.
Surface Preparation — Parts are thoroughly cleaned, deburred, and primed to ensure optimal paint adhesion on curved surfaces and detailed areas.
Spray Painting — Applied on a fully automated spray-coating line inside a controlled clean environment. Multi-stage process includes:
Primer application for adhesion and surface leveling
Soft white / pearl white color coat applied with robotic spray guns for uniform coverage
Protective clear or soft-touch topcoat for durability, desired sheen, and fingerprint resistance
Controlled baking / curing cycle to achieve full hardness, adhesion, and long-term color stability
Quality Inspection — Visual and instrumental checks for color consistency, surface texture uniformity, surface defects, adhesion strength, and coating thickness.
Final Assembly & Packaging — Nozzle, internal components, and water tank assembled, final visual inspection performed, and products packed according to customer specifications (bulk or private-label ready).
