Manufacturing Process (Focus: Spray Painting)
Injection Molding — Precision tooling produces the main frame, louver assemblies, and outer trim ring with consistent wall thickness, sharp edges, and smooth surfaces ready for finishing.
Surface Preparation — Parts are thoroughly cleaned, deburred, and primed to ensure optimal paint adhesion, especially on complex curved surfaces and recessed areas.
Spray Painting — Applied on a fully automated spray-coating line inside a controlled clean environment. Multi-stage process includes:
Primer application for adhesion and surface leveling
High-gloss black base color coat applied with robotic spray guns for uniform coverage and deep color saturation
Multiple layers of clear protective topcoat to achieve mirror-like depth, UV resistance, and scratch protection
Controlled baking / curing cycle to achieve full hardness, adhesion, and long-term gloss stability
Chrome Trim Finishing — Outer decorative ring is electroplated (or optionally spray-painted metallic) for bright, durable chrome appearance.
