Manufacturing Process
Injection Molding — High-precision tooling produces the cylindrical cap body with consistent wall thickness, smooth defect-free exterior surface, accurately profiled dome top face, recessed base step, and precisely dimensioned internal bore geometry.
Pre-Plate Polishing — Exterior cap surfaces are hand-polished prior to electroplating to eliminate any moulding surface marks or gate vestiges, ensuring a smooth, defect-free substrate for the brushed nickel finish.
Surface Preparation — Polished ABS parts undergo chemical etching and activation treatment for uniform electroplating adhesion across the cylindrical exterior, domed top, and base step surfaces.
