Manufacturing Process (Focus: Spray Painting)
Injection Molding — Precision tooling produces the vented paddle head and ergonomic handle with consistent wall thickness, accurate slot geometry, and smooth surfaces ready for finishing.
Surface Preparation — Parts are thoroughly cleaned, deburred, and primed to ensure optimal paint adhesion, especially around the vent slots and handle contours.
Spray Painting — Applied on a fully automated spray-coating line inside a controlled clean environment. Multi-stage process includes:
Primer application for adhesion and surface leveling
Bright blue base color coat applied with robotic spray guns for uniform coverage across the head, vents, and handle
Protective clear topcoat to achieve the desired gloss level, durability, and scratch resistance
Controlled baking / curing cycle to achieve full hardness, adhesion, and long-term color stability
Quality Inspection — Visual and instrumental checks for color consistency, gloss level, surface defects, adhesion strength, and coating thickness. Functional inspection of vents and handle after finishing.
Final Assembly & Packaging — Any bristle inserts assembled if required, final visual inspection performed, and products packed according to customer specifications (bulk, retail, or private-label ready).
