Manufacturing Process (Focus: Spray Painting)
Injection Molding — Precision tooling produces the continuous cylindrical body, handle, and perforated rear grille with consistent wall thickness and smooth surfaces ready for finishing.
Surface Preparation — Parts are thoroughly cleaned, deburred, and treated with primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion on complex curved and perforated surfaces.
Spray Painting — Applied on a fully automated spray-coating line inside a controlled clean environment. Multi-stage process includes:
Primer application for adhesion and surface leveling
Color coat (custom soft beige) applied with robotic or automated spray guns for uniform coverage on body, handle, and grille areas
Protective clear or soft-touch topcoat for durability, tactile feel, and desired matte/satin finish
