Blow Molding / Injection Molding — Precision tooling produces the bottle with consistent wall thickness, accurate neck thread, and smooth surfaces ready for finishing.
Surface Preparation — Bottles are thoroughly cleaned, deburred, and primed to ensure optimal paint adhesion on the cylindrical surface.
Spray Painting — Applied on a fully automated spray-coating line inside a controlled clean environment. Multi-stage process includes:
Primer application for adhesion and surface leveling
