Injection Molding — Precision tooling produces the top and base housing with consistent wall thickness, accurate contours, and smooth surfaces ready for finishing.
Surface Preparation — Parts are thoroughly cleaned, deburred, and primed to ensure optimal paint adhesion on curved surfaces.
Spray Painting — Applied on a fully automated spray-coating line inside a controlled clean environment. Multi-stage process includes:
Primer application for adhesion and surface leveling
High-gloss black color coat applied with robotic spray guns for uniform coverage
Multiple layers of clear protective topcoat to achieve deep gloss, durability, and fingerprint resistance
Controlled baking / curing cycle to achieve full hardness, adhesion, and long-term color stability
