Injection Molding — Precision tooling produces the main body with consistent wall thickness, accurate contours, and smooth surfaces ready for finishing.
Surface Preparation — Parts are thoroughly cleaned, deburred, and primed to ensure optimal paint adhesion on curved edges and detailed areas.
Spray Painting — Applied on a fully automated spray-coating line inside a controlled clean environment. Multi-stage process includes:
Primer application for adhesion and surface leveling
Soft purple color coat applied with robotic spray guns for uniform coverage
Pink accent coating applied with precise masking or secondary spray for sharp color separation
Protective clear or soft-touch topcoat for durability, desired sheen, and fingerprint resistance
