Materials
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene): Lightweight, impact-resistant, and dimensionally stable — the industry-standard substrate for designer toy and collectible figure production
Multi-part hollow construction: helmet, head, torso, shoulder armour, upper arms, forearms, gauntlet hands, torso, hip, upper legs, knee guards, lower legs, and boot feet produced as individual injection-moulded components and assembled prior to electroplating
High-detail mecha surface sculpt with sharp panel line relief, armour plate layering, joint ring details, visor recess, ear guard pods, chest circle motif, abdominal segmentation, and defined toe cap boot forms — all designed to read with maximum depth and shadow under the reflective chrome surface
Surface Finish
Multi-layer electroplating: copper base coat + nickel mid layer + chrome top coat
Polished mirror chrome finish: high-gloss, deep reflective surface — jewellery-grade appearance across all external mecha detail surfaces including panel lines, armour edges, joint rings, and finger gauntlet forms
Full-body coverage: seamless chrome across every component surface with no visible plastic, paint, or bare substrate areas
Base
Integrated flat ABS boot feet for freestanding stability on flat display surfaces
Optional separate branded display base (custom OEM)
Note: Character design, height, pose, surface finish, and packaging are all fully customizable for brand collaboration, IP licensing, limited edition, and OEM collectible orders.
Key Advantages
Full-Body Mirror Chrome on High-Detail Mecha Sculpt — The combination of sharp, complex mecha surface detailing and seamless polished chrome coverage creates a figure with the visual complexity of a painted collectible and the material premium of a metallic sculpture — a rare combination in the designer toy market.
Deep Mecha Surface Relief — Panel lines, layered armour plates, joint rings, visor recesses, and gauntlet finger forms are all sculpted with sufficient relief depth to cast shadows and highlights across the chrome surface, giving the figure strong visual dimensionality from every viewing angle.
Premium Collectible Positioning — Mirror chrome finish and high-detail mecha character design position the CF-R02CP at the upper end of the designer toy and art collectible market — above standard painted vinyl figures and alongside gallery-quality resin and metal art objects.
Lightweight Despite Metallic Appearance — ABS hollow construction delivers the visual presence of a heavy metal figure at a fraction of the actual weight, improving display stability, packaging cost, and international shipping economics for collector and retail distribution.
Broad Market & Application Versatility — Equally suited to designer toy retail, brand mascot merchandise, IP collaboration limited editions, gallery exhibition pieces, luxury unboxing products, trade show centrepieces, and high-end corporate gifting.
Full OEM & IP Customization — Character geometry, height, pose, finish type, packaging design, base branding, and authentication features can all be specified for brand collaboration, licensed IP, and private label collectible projects.

Manufacturing Process
3D Sculpt & Tooling Design — Character geometry is developed in 3D CAD with mecha detail depth, draft angles, and electroplating surface requirements all considered simultaneously — ensuring panel lines, armour edges, and joint forms read sharply through the chrome finish without plating skip or shadow loss.
Injection Molding — Multi-cavity tooling produces individual figure components — helmet, torso, shoulder armour, arms, hands, legs, feet — with consistent wall thickness, smooth inter-panel surface quality, and accurately positioned assembly snap and pin points throughout.
Component Assembly — All individual moulded parts are assembled into the complete standing figure prior to surface treatment, ensuring all panel line joints, armour plate overlaps, and joint ring alignments are correctly positioned and gapless before plating.
Surface Preparation — Assembled ABS figures undergo multi-stage chemical etching and activation treatment across all external surfaces — including recessed panel lines, armour edge undercuts, and joint ring inner faces — to ensure complete, uniform plating adhesion.
Multi-Layer Electroplating — Figures pass through a controlled plating line with extended immersion parameters for complex geometry coverage: copper base layer for surface levelling and micro-fill of panel line recesses, semi-bright nickel for corrosion resistance, bright nickel for maximum reflectivity, followed by a jewellery-grade mirror chrome top coat.
Post-Plate Inspection — Every figure is individually inspected for plating coverage completeness across all mecha detail surfaces, panel line clarity, armour edge sharpness, surface defect absence, and overall appearance quality before packaging.
Flexible Production Lines — Supports limited edition numbered runs, standard retail catalogue production, and high-volume OEM orders — with optional individual numbered base plates, holographic authentication stickers, and custom collector packaging.
