Manufacturing Process (Focus: Spray Painting)

Injection Molding — Precision tooling produces the main housing with consistent wall thickness and smooth surfaces ready for finishing.

Surface Preparation — Parts are thoroughly cleaned, deburred, and primed to ensure optimal paint adhesion on all surfaces and edges.

Spray Painting — Applied on a fully automated spray-coating line inside a controlled clean environment. Multi-stage process includes:

  • Primer application for adhesion and surface leveling
