Manufacturing Process (Focus: Spray Painting)
Injection Molding — Precision tooling produces the main housing, buttons, and scroll wheel with consistent wall thickness, accurate contours, and smooth surfaces ready for finishing.
Surface Preparation — Parts are thoroughly cleaned, deburred, and primed to ensure optimal paint adhesion, especially on curved surfaces and button recesses.
Spray Painting — Applied on a fully automated spray-coating line inside a controlled clean environment. Multi-stage process includes:
Primer application for adhesion and surface leveling
High-gloss black base color coat applied with robotic spray guns for uniform coverage across the body, buttons, and contours
Multiple layers of clear protective topcoat to achieve mirror-like depth, scratch resistance, and fingerprint resistance
Controlled baking / curing cycle to achieve full hardness, adhesion, and long-term gloss stability
Quality Inspection — Visual and instrumental checks for gloss level, color consistency, surface defects, adhesion strength, and coating thickness. Functional testing of buttons and scroll wheel after finishing.
Final Assembly & Packaging — Internal electronics and optical sensor assembled, final visual inspection performed, and products packed according to customer specifications (bulk, retail, or private-label ready).
All paint systems, high-gloss formulations, and custom color options are available for OEM customization. Lead times and MOQs can be adjusted for sampling through mass production.
